Our Role
An expert’s first duty is to the Court.
All expert witness work is undertaken in accordance with the Expert Witness Code of Conduct (Schedule 7, Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005). Our opinions are independent, impartial and grounded in 14+ years of statutory decision-making as an A1 Unrestricted Building Surveyor and Registered Town Planner.
We are regularly briefed by both applicants and respondent councils — a balance that reflects the independence solicitors and the Court expect of an expert.
